In the sophisticated garden of the luxurious and renowned Mandarin Hotel you will find a lovely corner of paradise, enriched by the refined cuisine of the multi-starred chef Antonio Guida (2 Michelin stars). The restaurant has a modern décor, enriched by emerald green furniture. With its open-plan kitchen, you can observe the chef creating his specialties. There is an outdoor courtyard that during the summer can be considered a real oasis where you can get to know Guida’s cuisine: a versatile, simple, but at the same time complex and avant-gard cuisine. He mixes flavours from northern Italy with those of his homeland in the south. He combines exotic and traditional elements thanks to his international background. This is an opulent cuisine oriented towards innovation and new combinations of made in Italy products, which will excite you. The menu, with attention to the smallest details, changes according to lunch or dinner. In fact, the lunch menu consists of three courses, while for the dinner menu there is the 7-course ‘La via della Seta’ tasting itinerary and finally the five-course classic tasting itinerary. There is an à la carte menu, which offers both meat and fish dishes. The Seta cellar at the Mandarin Hotel boasts a great selection of Italian fine wines whilst remaining internationally orientated.
